Frequently Asked Questions
What is RxWay.com?
RxWay.com, LLC is your online platform (“Marketplace”) for the lawful sale
of certain non-expired, non-controlled prescription medications (“Medication”) between licensed pharmacies
whose registration the Company has accepted (“Participants”).
What is the Membership Fee?
Membership is completely free. Once your membership is approved you will have complete
access to the marketplace.
What is the enrollment process?
Upload all required documents through the online enrollment process. Our compliance team
will review submissions and approve your application within 2 business days.
How is the drug delivered or traded?
Medication is delivered or traded in the original manufacturer's packaging, sealed or
unsealed, with the NDC, lot number, and expiration date conspicuously identified. For unsealed packages,
pharmacies may trade a partial quantity, but may not trade more than one unsealed or partial quantity
during any consecutive 90-day period.
Does RxWay.com provide transaction history?
Yes. RxWay.com provides a transaction history, statement, or other
transaction information to a pharmacy purchasing a drug or device from another pharmacy or qualified
pharmacy.

How secure is RxWay.com?
Your information is stored on a secure server and is not shared. All new members are
validated by our compliance team before receiving marketplace access.
Why do you need my Bank Account information to complete my enrollment?
Buyers authorize the Company to debit their bank account for medication purchases and
related processing, delivery, service, and other charges. Sellers authorize debits for charges, fees,
liquidated damages, and penalties owed. Participants should provide advance notice of account changes and
complete a new ACH authorization form.
How does Payment Processing work?
When a seller confirms an order, the buyer's account is debited for the full order
price, including shipping. Funds are transferred via ACH to the Company's account. Once the buyer confirms
receipt, funds minus the Company's fee are transferred to the seller via ACH. A $30 fee applies for each
non-sufficient funds occurrence.
What is the fee Schedule?
Sellers agree that the Company deducts a fee from the ACH credit settlement for every
completed sale. The FAQ export lists the fee amount as 6% of the sale amount per transaction; another
answer on the same page states sellers are charged 8%. Please confirm the current fee schedule
with RxWay.
What shipping services and options are available on the site?
The How It Works page describes a provided packing slip and prepaid shipping label, with
sellers dispatching medication through RxWay's trusted courier services.
Any documentations will have to be provided as a seller in order to be compliant with the DSCSA if medications are to be purchased for “Specific Patient need” or “Declared Public Health Emergency”?
Pharmacy-to-pharmacy transactions to fulfill a specific patient need or during a
Declared Public Health Emergency are exempt. “Specific patient need” means transfer from one pharmacy to
another to fill a prescription for an identified patient; it does not include transferring product to
increase or replenish stock in anticipation of potential need.
